It’s all about the rows man. My basic workout is as follows ( but changes regularly )
Chins ( weighted ) open hand 4 x 12
Bent rows - 4 x 8-10
T bar - 3 x 8-10
Pullovers _4 x 12
Reverse pull downs -4 x 8-10
And finish with a dumb bell row 3 x 15
Everything needs to be strict as possible. No exceptions
